Tracking comes from the store by email and in your account.

When the box arrives
- Rinse urinals and bedpans with warm soapy water before first use
- Check the hose and lid are in the box before recycling the carton
- Count punch cards against the pack size if they’re for a class
- Keep the order page open until everything is checked
